I help influence Behavior change for business success

I am a Business Anthropologist with expertise in Culture Design and Business Development Practice. I use my skills and experience to help grow purpose driven brands that will disrupt their markets by applying social sciences to business challenges.

As a professional who values continuous learning, I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership and Business Management from Teesside University in the United Kingdom. I hold a Master of Science in Anthropology and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and have professional qualifications in User Experience Research and Design from University of Michigan, and Certification in  Social Norms & Social Change (UNICEF Program)  from University of Pennsylvania. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology from Makerere University.

With over 10 years work experience, I have worked with both the public and private sector across different industries such as education, banking, government, health and International Development. My work is driven by the vision of engineering a productive culture and helping others grow.

I am currently the Chief Executive Officer of D!scover; a global consultancy agency that works with business leaders and their teams to create fearless cultures that propel their businesses into the future. 

Through D!scover, I  intend to help organizations re-discover the human side of their business. I also hold a role as Chief Fundraising and Development Officer for Implicit Effect, a charity organization that is charged with making the world a better place through empirical studies and high quality data evaluation.

I am currently serving on the Board of Advisors of Izere Education, a social enterprise that equips young people with tools to thrive in the 21st century and beyond, through innovation.

As an advocate for young professionals, my dream is to see young professionals with the agility to develop their leadership skills and be prepared to take on opportunities. I therefore, candidly coach young professionals  into sought after leaders in their areas of expertise through expert knowledge in behaviour change.

My focus  areas are Personal growth, brave leadership  and career development.

I am a public speaker on leadership and how to influence behaviour change.

My Accomplished Projects

I am part of a collaborative mentorship scheme run by LSE Africa Centre. I am a leadership mentor to Africa’s brightest young minds, collaboratively sharing knowledge and experiences with aims of contributing to innovative solutions in Education for International Development.

I was part of a group of 4 graduate students in International Development from The London School of Economics that designed a mobile technology solution to disaster preparedness and health responses in Uganda and Kenya. Held at The Graduate Institute of Geneva, this edition sought to address the complex issues arising from global health and how to tackle these challenges in order to foster social and economic development.

As a global health enthusiast, I am a collaborator to the World Health Organization agenda of global health governance and disease. I along with my colleagues led a WASH project on the course of our African Leadership program. This health and wellbeing project, a case study of Uganda aimed at reducing enteric diseases through sustainable access to clean water. The project contributed to a bottom-up approach to policy making and increased knowledge on good hygiene practices in preventing enteric disease.

I also managed a research project entitled The politics of vaccination: uncovering the role of politics and finance in hepatitis B vaccination coverage in Uganda. This research contributed to policy formation and practice.
